Fernando de Ávila Silva is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Federal University of Paraná, where he has been a faculty member since 2016. He completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics at the same university in 2015. His research interests lie in the area of global regularities of pseudo-differential operators on compact manifolds.
